Our missions

We primarily provide:
    • Consulting service in management of engineering and construction projects
    • Support during the commercial phase, and an operational assistance during project launching and planification
    • Reinforcement in the administrative and contractual management of projects including contractual risks
    • Analysis and recommendation for treatment of all types of pre-disputes or claims, including preparation and coordination of related tasks

    Our team commits to listen to you, to determine the best approach in terms of quality and economy in the allowed time, and to make you a coherent offer on the basis of a request for proposal. Our services cover the conceptual phase as well as the execution and on site phases. They are adapted to the size and complexity of the project.
    We  can work either in client's premises or remotely, in France or overseas. We will commit to a lump sum price or a work unit based price depending on the work required and to satisfy the needs of our clients.
